Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities involved in training with Molly’s K9 Training. By booking a training session, you agree to the following:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another client. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a fee.
2. Refunds
Payments for training sessions and packages are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
3. Health, Vaccinations & Puppy Safety
Puppies attending Puppy Foundation School must have received their first vaccination. If your dog is unwell, injured or showing signs of illness, please notify Molly before your session.
4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for following the training advice provided and for managing your dog safely during and after sessions. Results may vary depending on your consistency and your dog’s individual needs.
5. Off-Lead Work
If your dog is trained off-lead during a session, you accept full responsibility for their actions. Molly’s K9 Training is not liable for incidents arising from off-lead work.
6. Equipment & Environment
Please ensure your dog wears appropriate equipment (collar, harness, lead) and that your home or yard is secure before training begins.
7. Behaviour & Safety
If a dog poses a safety risk to Molly, to other people, or to other dogs, training may be paused or rescheduled. Molly reserves the right to refuse service if a situation is unsafe.
8. Media, Photos & Videos
Photos or videos taken during training sessions may be used for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please advise Molly in writing before your session.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Package sessions must be used within the timeframe discussed at the time of purchase.
10. Agreement
By attending training sessions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow them throughout your training program.
